"This restaurant provides fast, friendly, and exceptional customer service. During my visit, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with cheese, curly fries, and a drink that was half Coke and half Diet Coke. Unlike other restaurants that charge extra for ranch and BBQ sauce, this location does not. Rosie and Morgan, two Jack In The Box team members, are my favorites and are always there to assist me with a smile and enthusiastic attitude. A helpful tip: if you're still hungry, try adding on 2 tacos with tomatoes and an Oreo cookie milkshake - you won't be disappointed! Furthermore, the restaurant is always kept clean and there are no homeless individuals loitering around like at other places. Without a doubt, this is one of my favorite fast food spots in Laguna Hills."

"I went to drive thru. Had a coupon for jumbo jacks. They were hot,fresh, and good. My only suggestion be to use shredded lettuce or less of a wedge of lettuce. The lettuce wedge is to much. The burgers hit the spot but charbroiled is better. These are cooked on a regular flat grill. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch"

"The food is very tasty at Jack in The box and I'm a fan but this site is highly understaffed and sometimes the waits get quite long and at times I've gotten the wrong food.In addition, the prices that are listed both for the drive-thru and inside the store are incorrect based on what they actually ring upfor instance a sandwich I bought was $1 more on the receipt than what it had on the wall!I told the manager they just kind of rolled their eyes and said yeah they're behindbut this is an illegal operation in the state of California and all posted prices must match what do you get charged so I will be reporting them to the state cuz this has been going on for months. Sad."

"Around 11am Noon Jan 27 2022 I have been here many times and I have gone to JInThe Box everywhere This was the WORST experience i ever have had at any place like this. The girl was really rude to me I ordered sprite she said we have none so I ordered orange soda and she laughed while mocking me and said finally what kinda orange ? I was being made fun of i guess this is what they do there ? It got so bad i finally was yelling at her and canceled my order. I was in drive through. So i called the place and apparently talked to manager im not think she was because no manager talks to anyone like this girl does ahe sounded lime she was 14 like the girl at the window. She offered no recourse and was almost worse than the girl at the window ! Pppp"

"Wasn't in a Jack-in-the-Box for years. I was just for Dodger Promotion. Jumbo Jack was surprisingly good. I had to kill a star for a few things. First, the A/C was cranked all the way up. It was probably far below 70 degrees... Maybe even closer to 65. I was the only one in the restaurant. Maybe this is a tactics late a day to make it so unbearable that nobody wants to eat? I don't know. I ordered a coke without ice, but I got a coke full of ice. I'm beating because there was a soda fountain in the dining area. Her lonely soda dispensary in place was one of these multi-flavored. That's great if you want something really mixed... But if you just want a normal Coca Cola. You don't understand. I forgot one, but it tasted like a combination of everything, including all the apertame and all fruit flavors mixed all. Didn't taste like Coca Cola at all."

"Totally cool staff, except when we're smoking weed on the lawn, but that I understand. Family scene. 2 tacos is the nation's best deal. I love the onion rings personally, but inflation has them pricey. Bfast all day, a real hub of activity until late night, drive thru is hoppin!!Parking: Usually always spaces, they face the lawn and it is a meeting place, beyond just dining in. My wife lost her phone and it was the one reference point we could agree on. I'm friends with some of the colorful characters, Matt, Chuck, Michael YellowBear, Josh who fly a sign on the street and they all swear by it. Very common among friends to pick up 2 or 4 tacos to hand out. There's a cool breakfast feast with eggs bacon pancakes if you order extra ?"

"Excellent service on a late Sunday afternoon. I used the mobile app for my order with pick-up at the counter. The food was prepared exactly as requested and was ready in a bit over 5 minutes. Excellent preparation of the Jumbo Jack burgers and tacos. Food tasted very good with the tomatoes and lettuce on the burgers very fresh. The staff was very pleasant and efficient in handling the order with the meal coming out piping out. The dining room was clean and the condiment bar was well stocked. A very enjoyable meal. I visited this same location about a month ago when traveling through Yuba City and the service and food on that occasion was just as good as todays visit. I'll definitely be back. Thanks for the great service."

"Three of us visited the drive-thru. One person ordered tacos, another got a burger—although it might have been a sandwich—and I opted for my favorite treat: curly fries from Jack in the Box. I considered getting a Diet Dr. Pepper, but I had already consumed too much caffeine that day. Two of us spent between $1 and $10, while the third spent between $10 and $20. The two who spent less were just picking up snacks."

"Well.. bummer.The worst part of this review is that this is a local location for me. Very close to home and has opportunity to be a regular stop.However, it will not make it to my list of places to return to dine.Very dirty. Everywhere. From tables to floor, window seals to the ordering counter. Food, trash, and dirt/dust buildup.We moved away from the window seat because it was nasty. The picture doesn't do the floor justice.. trash and food under almost every table. Part of the floor by the back trash can was sticky.My disappointment is only heightened by the fact we had to wait to order because 2 employees were in the dining room, cleaning... or at least I thought they were cleaning.. I guess not...This review reflects the evening shift, as we entered at 5:20pm. By the time we left, I knew this review was not going to be a good one. Management here needs improvement. I'll never blame the staff on one like this simply because I FIRMLY believe in lead by example and teach what you know. Direct reflection on management says they are unaware the dining room is filthy, and not leading by example.Since it is a local location, I'll check back in a month or so.
