"Review for August 2021. I have been coming to this McDonald's for a very long time. And I find it very fascinating in the way it is fashioned aesthetically. It has a old western look to it. I mean after all we are in Acton California. I am not guilty, to say that I absolutely enjoy stopping by and getting myself an iced coffee. The service is pretty fast. And I mean it's McDonald's so McDonald's or the same pretty much anywhere. Nevertheless, I gave them a good review."

"I haven't had McDonald's in a while and was hungry. There's not much to choose from with a few miles of home. I will no longer do the mobile app. After we did our orders, I immediately got in my car and drove over there and parked in stall number one. McDonald's is only 1.8 miles from my house. My fries were not hot and I wanted extra pickles . I only got two pickles on my crispy chicken sandwich. Also the worker brings out my order and forgets to bring my drink. He did apologize and go back into the restaurant to get my beverage. So next time, I'll go through the drive thru. It will be a while before I go back. I should have gone to Freddy's or Whataburger. Smh"

"I ate inside this establishment once since moving here from California and it was fairly pleasant. Sadly they are not as good when it comes to doordash orders. I set up a doordash order and I ordered a Bacon ranch McCrispy and to my dismay they forgot the main part of the ingredients that resides in it's very name....the bacon. I also ordered 2 cheeseburgers that had the specialty sticker receipt wrapped into my sandwich. They also didn't put any fries in my sons happy meal when we designated fries and apple slices. The last part of the order was chicken nuggets and came with no sauce...not even ketchup. I'm not sure what happened but I would recommend checking your order carefully when obtaining your food. Good luck."

"through the drive thru at this place and after the order my nugges and fries the kerl asked if this was for my order and gave me my sum. I asked if I could also get BBQ sauce, but the keerl continued to say noisy, it was too late to order something else and would not give me BBQ sauce. absolutely worst experience I ever had at a mcdonalds. they can't talk to someone directly about the phone number indicated on google. it only keeps riding the same automated message. nice move in consideration of their service seems less than great after other reviews! I guess I'm going to cry from now on!"

"Service was horrible. They never gave hs our cups. They forgot the medium fry I paid $3 for. They gave us a toddler girl toy when we clearly asked for a nerf toy. I had to walk behind the counter and holler to get someone to give us our frys after waiting at counter for 5+ minutes. "Workers seemed crabby and inpatient, I had the breakfast burritos meal, they wrap there's different than other places do,still tasted ok, the hash brown was better than most other McDonald's, it was crisp and not at all greasy"

"If I could give a 0, I would. They have no manners. No matter how polite you are about something incorrect on your order, they have the worst attitudes. I'm convinced that they don't really want to work and are just there to ride the clock and horse around. They definitely need more training on their customer service skills."

"The manager told me she hadn’t received my breakfast order there was an issue because right as I arrived the computer switched to lunch. She promptly fixed the issue which I really really appreciated because I’ve been having a pregnancy craving for a bacon egg cheese biscuit. She ended up throwing in an extra sandwich which was very kind thoughtful. I only waited 3mins extra so I really feel like they went the extra extra mile it meant a lot. Thank you"
