"We buy the impossible products from Burger King as we don't eat beef. There were at least three times that I ordered them in the app just to show up and tell us that they DIDN'T HAVE ANY. Then they couldn't repay my money... I had to call a number to get a refund. They gave me back within minutes, but it was strange that the store couldn't do it directly. Another time we ordered online and their ice cream machine was broken or cleaned or so they had to replace a cake. Last time, we ordered ourselves through the app that works well in other places. We went up and they told us to wait a minute, they told us that for ten minutes. Then we told them we had a mobile order, so they said we should move into the window. We have and continued to wait ANOTHER TWENTY MINUTES. At first, the guy couldn't find our order, then as soon as he finally did, we had to wait this long idek. He said they were just blackened, but there was no single car in the parking lot.... Also the guy who runs through the drive looked dirty with long hair, that was chaotic and loose looking. It is a shame because this location is convenient for us. They are also rude, I called a few times to ask if they have the impossible burger and they are just rude when they even pick up."
