"I wanted to let management know just how pleasant, helpful and friendly the staff was today especially Samuel who was running the registrar. I'm somewhat hard of hearing, but he and the staff were exceptionally polite and thorough ensuring that I got exactly what I wanted (food was great, and was ready extremely quick). Too often people complain but rarely do they acknowledge exceptional service, so I want to commend Samuel and the entire staff on a job well done! ????"
