"I used to come to this restaurant with confidence that the food would be consistently good. However, in recent visits, the quality has severely declined. My mother and I typically order the same items, but they have been lacking in quality lately. The California rolls were poorly made with barely any rice on the sides. One time they even forgot the avocado and substituted seaweed with soy paper, charging us extra for the mistake. We were extremely disappointed when we found a plastic lid in our ramen, and although the owner promised to comp the dish, we were only given a 20% discount after it was replaced. All of these issues occurred during one visit, leading us to decide to find another place to dine. While the wait staff is excellent and efficient, the management and food quality control are lacking. This restaurant used to be great, but it seems they have fallen short. I would not recommend this place for Japanese cuisine unless they improve their standards or hire better chefs."
