"The sushi at Seven is very good, and overall my experience was positive. However, I visited on a busy Saturday during Art on the Square and it seemed like they were understaffed. When I arrived, I sat on the patio with a friend and there was some confusion about whether the restaurant was open. Eventually, they unlocked the door and offered us drinks. After my friend left, I went inside to eat and had some issues with getting a menu and placing my order. There was confusion about the vegetable tempura appetizer versus the vegetable tempura roll, but they eventually got it right. The sushi was delicious, and I appreciated their gender-neutral restroom. However, I did not like the low toilet paper dispenser and soap dispensers on the floor. Some other patrons were rude to the staff due to the long wait times. Overall, Seven should have been better prepared for the event and fully staffed to prevent mistreatment of staff and improve customer satisfaction."
