"I ordered Tonkotsu Black Rich Ramen based on the raving reviews and sadly I was disappointed. Very bland ramen, I had to season it more at home. Maybe it was just a bad batch or maybe they cut corners since it’s takeout but it was disappointing nonetheless and certainly by far the best ramen I’ve had."

"They gave my order to someone else... more than once. Turning a 45 minute request into a 2+ hour ordeal. I order via doordash several times a week and this just never happens, yet this place has done it multiple times. Not the end of the world but very inconvenient and adds another hour to each messed up order. The ramen is good if you actually get it."
