"I often visit this Burger King, but my last experience wasn't good. The employee who worked at the front had her back in the register and on her phone for at least 90 seconds while I was in the register the young lady who called her name two or three times in the dining room because I refused to make my presence known because that is not my job, just as I am sure it is not her job to be so intense on her phone. I also assumed that she was in the administration because she was dressed in black, and beyond that she had never apologized for her negligence, but the food was good."

"We ate here prior to walking over to City Park, so it’s a good location for those looking for a quick bite from the park. The service is super friendly but the food isn’t as fresh I saw an employee take our chicken sandwich straight out from an overhead container. The inside is clean and dine in is available, however."

"Why is it that with this bk and the at 4275 white flat rd take them their order and when they are in the window, they have them back up and wait 2 feet behind the window? Someone told me that they have a sensor on the windows that times, how long a customer has to wait, and so that they don't get any negativeity that they have customers back so that they should look as long as they don't have to wait. that's in my book fraud. at this place I waited 4 minutes to give my order, and when I finally got up on the window, they had me back up and I had to wait 6 minutes until they told me that I would come forward, but the sensors show that I probably waited 10 seconds. I will no longer backup or wait behind a window that was that they do for statistics. I will also make sure that I am near the car so that they can not secure. at this point they are always joking and fooling around, which is why submissions take so long and sometimes are wrong."

"To clarify, the dining room is open everyday from 5:30AM to 10:00PM and the Drive Thru service is 24 Hours everyday. The staff is nice. The line was short. The dining area is well laid out for comfort. The chairs and tables were clean. All additional items like napkins, straws, lids were all stocked. They also have the (what I call) 'Super-Soda Fountain ' by Coke where it dispenses a variety of beverages; sodas, juice, water, etc. I like to make my own variations. Overall, it was a good place to take my kids for dinner. Good ambiance, ok music, nothing too out of the ordinary. 4-stars only because there were wasn 't anything unique about this Burger King."

"I have no idea where to start; except to say, do not interfere with the drive thru or the order from inside. the management does not prepare for rush hours so machines (credit card, pop machines, etc. are down or they move the order. it takes forever to get their orders and management will scream at their employees when they should be clear and precise,' the first time they ask them to deliver something on the parking space, etc. I know that this is for all time, but I will not become a place that continues to have problems like this without any sign of improvements. if they are not able to work both sides (run them thru or in restaurant) choose and improve them one and then both. Otherwise, their situation at this place is getting worse and worse. choose them wisely."

"this place was very decent for an almost food restaurant in worcester, ma. but every time I go, it gets worse and I just go a few times a year. well, I have gone a few times, but that's the last stray. I don't know how to prove this, but I brought my 2 ten year old daughter tonight and even they noticed and commented on how strange the drive thru clerk is we admire us and seemed a little too close to us for comfort to begin. 5 minutes after eating I realized why they admired and now, 6 hours later all 3 of us are sick and have been back in the bathroom every 20 minutes. I don't think I have to give more details than that, but they will see my face tomorrow and there will be no pleasant experience for one of them. it's disgusting and I can't believe I was so unpredictable to bring my baby girls here. I feel guilty and very, very angry."

"I'm not a big fan of Burger King after my recent experience at the drive-thru. They didn't have the breakfast menu available and messed up our order. We ordered three croissant sandwiches, but one was missing the egg and the other only had sausage. Overall, it was a disappointing visit."
