"I was left waiting until 5:25 for a 5:15 pickup. When I noticed that the pizzas were missing the paprika, instead of evenly distributing it, they simply placed the mint under the cheese. Once they realized there were no paprikas, I had to wait until 5:45 for my replacement pizza. I also had my child with me during this time. When I requested a refund, I was told I could only get a partial refund unless I returned all the pizzas. When I got home to express my dissatisfaction, a male employee who pretended to be the manager eventually admitted he was not. However, he did say that I could receive a full refund if I returned to the restaurant."
