"Hurts to rate this one, as initially the experience was amazing. In fact, some of the best I have had. Unfortunately, the service isnt aligned and the customer experience falters greatly here since. The last two servers seemed very inexperienced, or at least as if first day. Simple things were overlooked and just overall, not pleasant or comfortable. For example, waiting quite awhile to be greeted, getting water, or getting basic questions answered, and awkwardness with needs to the table like sauces and things. Or even being asked if we want an appetizer when having after dinner drinks... Huh? Again, food awesome but service needs dire help. Going out to eat is just too expensive now to have this kind of experience."
