"I want to like this place because it’s cute and I live 5 minutes away but every time I patronize, it’s worse than the time before. They’re severely understaffed, the wait for food is obnoxious, and the quality..is meh. Called ahead for pickup, then waited almost half hour for the food once I arrived. Charged me for an appetizer of onion rings $8 then didn’t give me the fries that came with the $18 sandwich. Never had a reuben where the bread wasn’t toasted, not a fan. Sorry, probably won’t be back. "
