"I have a question before I actually come to our review. Why isn't Chef David Rodriguez on the Food Network??? Our first time in the Mojito Bar and it will certainly not be our last. We went over an excellent recommendation from a friend of us, and it was certainly not disappointed. We had many Latin cuisine, but not with such care, love, talent and creativity as what we had yesterday. Drink wisely we started with the mango and passion fruit lemonade. Super refreshing and delicious. Perfect to start the meal and delete our thirst. We started with their tombstones and guacamole: Now you could think that this is a normal run of the mill Tostones and Guac, but you would think wrong about that. Chef Rodriguez means taking this dishes, also piece Tostones is made individually fresh in the house and the guacamole has a secret weapon in smoked pineapples. That's the best guacamole we've ever had. Smokey, fresh, alive, spicy and a variety of other phenomenal flavors. Next we had the braided short ribtacos and this could be the best tacos we ever had. Perfectly cooked beef, salsa verde, pickled onions, crunchy pico de gallo to the top. It is heaven in your mouth with every bite. We then had the Cuban sandwich on a stick that's all you love about Cuban sandwiches packed in crispy sommeton bowl. We also had the mini-areas that were small bites of cheeky crispy kindness. After all, we had the lime in Coconut Dessert. This is the ultimate refreshing dessert: freshly made coconut ice cream on one side and on the other side coconut panna cotta. In the middle fresh blackberries, lychees and pineapples. Mojito Bar gets a perfect score from us. In the next few weeks we are back with a video review for our Food YouTube channel. This is a restaurant you need to go to when you are in Sawgrass. Chef Rodriguez is new to define Latin cuisine a delicious bite at a time!"
