"To start off the food is not bad. The problem ended up being with the delivery guy. This was our second time ordering here. We waited while watching some tv for the phone to ring for delivery. When it did ring the guy was making himself upset saying loudly our phone was not on, started being argumentative carrying on. Some guy in a Canadian shirt/sweater The phone was on fully charged and we had just got off the phone with someone else 10 minutes prior. We noticed after he left the text we got from him said Come get your food Now! Even if there a phone issue it definitely wasnt on our end and lets say if it was there is no reason to act like that. Its unfortunate as we enjoyed the food but we wont tolerate this type of behavior so thats the last time we will order from here. 3/5 as the Food again was good imo. Just need to get a driver with a better attitude"

"I ordered the gnocchi bolo and the cannoli because this was one of the only restaurants who sold gnocchi that was open in my area. The food arrived to my door in a bag sopping wet with the sauce because the container it came in was half closed. I asked for utensils too, nope. The gnocchi itself wasn?t that great, just picking it up it would fall apart. The piece of bread it came with was dry and hard."

"I ordered the tilapia fish dish, but it tasted terrible so I sent it back. The waitress was not friendly and the staff was unprofessional. I have never been treated so disrespectfully when returning food before (which I have only done twice). The food was awful and when the waitress insisted the fish was fresh, it was clear they were not taking responsibility. Do yourself a favor and avoid this diner!"

"Would give more stars if I could! My now husband and I had our wedding rehearsal dinner here. We contacted them less than a month from our wedding when the other restaurant we had booked with unexpectedly closed. Jennifer was awesome helped us so much to make everything easy when we were in a stressful situation. We had our own private room and the service, food, and drinks were ALL spectacular! All the staff was so sweet and attentive and made sure everything was perfect for us and our guests. Would 100% recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"unbelievable Italian cuisine! I don't understand how locals like this aren't lubricated every day for lunch. 10x the quality of food as all local fast food variety and the prices are realistic about the same. I've eaten them every day when I'm in this area of the city and I've never been disappointed. the lasagne and the ravioli are both excellent. if they want italian, they skip olive garden and come here. all employees and the owner deserve to offer fantastic food to an unbeatable worth."

"The replacement at Lisa's Deli is rude and has been turning away long-time customers. I have been coming to Lisa's for 14 years because the food is delicious and the deli staff is fantastic. However, today I went to ACME Deli to make a sandwich because the new employee, an angry blond woman, was incredibly unpleasant. When I called, she immediately snapped that there was a one-hour wait. I agreed and was put on hold. When she finally returned to the phone, she told me it was too busy and suggested I call back later. In person, she is just as dismissive, ignoring customers and choosing to focus on tasks that she deems more important. One day, she even insisted on sweeping when there was nothing to clean up. Dana, the previous employee, was kind and attentive, remembering customers' orders and having them ready within 10-15 minutes. She genuinely cared about her customers. This new employee has been around for a while now, and her lack of concern for customers is evident."

"I picked up takeout from this restaurant and just had the margherita pizza with fresh mozzarella. It’s the closest experience to Italy I've had here in the States! The flavor is fantastic! The mozzarella sticks are incredibly delicious with a beer batter, especially when dipped in the ranch dressing. I can't wait to get home and try the spinach ravioli!"

"Our waiter accidentally spilled champagne while pouring it into our glasses, and although he promised to clean it up, he never returned to do so. The food itself was delicious, but the overall experience was ruined by the poor service. It seems like the restaurant may be too busy to provide a first-class experience for every customer. "I normally really like dining here but tonight has me wondering if I'll return any time soon. We had reservations and waited an acceptable time. After we were sat we were not approached by the waitstaff for over 20 minutes. What made it worse was tables that came in after us were waited on and received drinks before we were approached. If this was my first experience, it would have been my last. Everything went well once we were waited on and the food was great as usual. It just put a damper on the evening."

"Food: Lasagna. I was happy, still happy, actually : The Classic Bruschetta was a perfect app, too. I saw other plates come out of the kitchen, going to tables, and I wanted to try them all. Pasta, wine, Parm, bread. Service: Friendly and accurate servers. Private patio with door seating, heat lamps, lighting, and a good vibe. Parking in rear. Great location in Hollywood!!!
