"They don’t offer a children’s menu, even though it’s advertised on open table. Quality of food was extremely poor and over priced. Pasta was hard, burger super greasy and fries were cold. Terrible food! Salad was just ok, extremely bland. Service left a lot to be desired!"

"my friend and I were here before I saw a buddy. our server adelaide was incredibly attentive and friendly. adelaide recommended the strawberry mimosa and it was great. the pasta tasted homemade and it was very nice to sit on the window while it was raining. we made it to our show in a lot of time, loved the quick turn around the restaurant, although we like to stay longer!"

"Loved the Renaissance 57 Hotel which is where Opia is located. Food was great surprised with a wonderful jazz band. The waitress was extremely disappointing sat me next to where the band was setting up which was very disrupting to my dinner to the band. In addition she embarresed me by saying my room number was declined had to use a credit card. The hotel confirmed the next day this was not true. Overall a good experience minus the wait staff."

"Service was extremely slow ! Think this is the only time in my life I did not leave a tip at all. We waited over 30 minutes for a very mediocre lasagna. The sangria was almost non alcoholic and we had to ask twice for the bill ...hopefully this is not their usual way to operate this place. Side salad was fresh and the restroom was OK. Definitely not going to come back"

"We love Panza. We have a meal there whenever we’re in Boston, at least once a month. Traditional Italian and some specials that have a little twist. The chopped salad is the best, we always order it to share. The plate size encourages a doggy bag. I highly encourage you to go."

"The host at the restaurant was unwelcoming. We had reserved an outdoor table, but they called 4 hours before our reservation to inform us that they had a private party booking outside and forced us to sit inside. Since it was such short notice, we had no choice but to comply. When I mentioned that it would have been nice to have been informed earlier, Ellen pointed out that our reservation was made only 9 days ago. The service was incredibly slow and the wait for food was very long. They definitely need more staff - there was only 1 server and 4 bussers, which led to a poor customer experience. Several small issues added up to a mediocre experience, such as plates arriving with missing sides and desserts being forgotten until we asked about them."

"We had another excellent dinner at CJ McLoone’s this week and we also dined there a month ago. I wanted to write a review last month, but this time finally. If you first move to the parking lot and it is almost full you suspect that the place is packed in the apartment. While they were very busy and most tables were taken, we sat immediately and had a server come to get our drink order. I wanted to point out that Rachel was our server excellent. We had them the last time we were here, and that night they were short and they had to cover the whole back dining room, which is a lot of tables. We were ready to be patient, but she coughed and was efficient and somehow we got everything quickly with a smile. What she differentiated as a waitress was that she was instead stressed and angry at the impossible workload, fun with a sense of humor and seemed to enjoy herself. So nice to see someone who enjoys their job that can be hard when the restaurant is filled. The food was excellent both times, and while we usually had burgers and pommes, they were higher end beef and really tasty and the sweet potato fries were excellent because they were hot piping. You really seem to know how to get the food out of here quickly. I also thought the place was stylish and was a good value based on the quality of food and prices. We will definitely be back and this will be our place for a casual dinner."

"Arrived for reservation at 8:00 and were met by a friendly and energetic ?manager. She showed us to our table and we ordered drinks. The server recommended a white Negroni (had never heard of it). It was blah and overpriced. My husbands calamari appetizer was Ok. As for the entrees I had the spinach and ricotta raviolis Ok. My husband had the seafood linguine with added shellfish. 1. The seafood that came with the linguine was straight from a frozen Costco bag. 2. The added seafood was suppose to be shelled clams and shelled mussels. Well they were out of clams so they substituted chopped up clams. From a can? You decide. Oh and they forgot to bring our wine. As we were eating our server interrupted us to say “ last call for food; if you want dessert you’ll have to order it now.” What? We finished our meal as all tables were broken down around us and we felt rushed. Do not take a reservation at 8 if you close at 9."

"Came for a late dinner and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were friendly and gave us the great recommendation of splitting our pizza half and half so we could try multiple options. The Brazilian sausage is outstanding. Great flavor, and pretty quick from order to getting served. Looking forward to our leftovers for lunch tomorrow. The dessert pizzas are a must. Order those by the slice, though. They are rich!"

"Food was good, ordered the filet mignon ravioli and was good but not what we expected when you read filet mignon. Pizza, we ordered buratta, supersata and pepperoni. All good….not the best we’ve had, just average. Atmosphere was nice, and though busy, it wasn’t too loud and service was great. Go again? "I do not often give 5 stars, because usually there is something that damps the experience. Not like Buena Vista. We had to start the grilled Langostinos with Risotto and Spargel and the Lobster-Ravioli with ink pepper with six oysters. Our server was nice, the food came out quickly, and we had employees who checked us during the meal. I also had a glass of wine fuller than any other restaurant I used to be. We sat outside, so I can't talk to the indoor atmosphere, but they have a small bar (I feel that this place was dominated by what Brick House Tavern tried. If there is a mistake, it is that we were served only a variety of bread, while most fine restaurants will serve a variety. But the bread tasted like the homemade leaves from the Italian market of Sam, and if that is the case, I cannot mistake them for buying a local baker!"
