"The food at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The breakfast sandwich was unbalanced and felt like a joke. The sandwich consisted of huge pieces of bread with only 1 egg and 1 piece of bacon, lacking any veggies or other fillings. Despite the beautiful atmosphere of the restaurant, the breakfast was subpar for the price of $35. I will not be returning. The coffee was good, but unfortunately, my mug had no handle, causing my fingers to burn until I wrapped a napkin around it. Overall, not a great experience."

"Much like the review from Djkitty 2 months ago, I experienced a bowl that was practically all ice yesterday. We got the spirulina bowl. I tried to excuse the ice as it was the end of the night and my boyfriend and I had ordered right before closing. However, I am sad to see I am not the only customer to experience this. I would definitely like to see this solbol improve their acai bowl texture as an icey acai bowl is painful on the teeth and loses its flavor. Otherwise the peanut butter and granola toppings were great."

"Delicious juice. I also ordered a turmeric shot to add to it. The sandwich was lovely: I had them take out the avocado, which they did, so they are attentive to customization. The service was fast, and by the time I walked in to pick up my food about 5 minutes after ordering, they were finishing up my order. It may take longer during the lunch rush, but I believe the employees are up to the challenge."

"I visited the location on 40 Broad street. I waited several minutes before they even acknowledged my presence. At first, I believe they were preoccupied. However, once I seen how other customers of certain demographics were immediately greeted… I now firmly believe as a women of color they only cater to certain demographics. Perhaps the staff needs a reminder the importance of cultural competency. Poor customer service!! Additionally, I watch the female staff use the same gloves at the cash register to take orders, and make food for customers. We are still in an ongoing pandemic.. it’s vital to perform proper hand hygiene and use standard sanitary practice."

"I had to take the time to rate 5 stars bc my last experience restored my faith in humanity. I made a mistake by forgetting to request no granola and as the woman was about the bag my acai bowl I realized. I told her I would just purchase a new one buther and her coworker (maybe manager) both decided they'd just make me a new one for no extra charge. It's little things likethis that make me want to actually not only leave a review, but leave a good one. I wish I had gotten their names but on theother hand, I don't want them getting into trouble if God forbid they weren't supposed to do this. "I highly recommend this place. SoBol Wilton is located in Wilton River Park. They're a franchise with their headquarters in Patchogue. This location is great. It's clean and the service was good. You can sit outside in a beautiful garden. There were lots of roses and birds. They have açai bowls and smoothies. You can also get waffles. They use fresh fruit from local farms and make their own nut-free granola. The açai bowl was delicious. It had two layers of granola. You can walk around after you eat and check out the art gallery and a cool gift store, walk by a rose garden, and go to Stop and Shop. There's lots of parking available."
