"This is my third visit to Maple, and will be my last. The room is always freezing in the winter, with very bright unattractive white lighting. We ordered a Manhattan cocktail and were told the bartended didn't know how to make it. We then ordered two apps and one entree to share for the two of us. All items were served at the same time. The salmon entree had been sitting so long the sauce was congealed and the edges were crispy from the heat-lamp. I so want to like this place, and keep trying, but it always sadly misses the mark. Plus side the waiter was great."
