"I dined at Copper Shark on Saturday 3/16. I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was cozy but still elegant. The food was consistently good. Get the tuna tartare pizza appetizer, it was awesome. My wine braised short rib entrée was delicious. I also got a chance to taste the mustard crusted lamb shank and scallop dishes. You can tell the chef focuses on creating outstanding flavor and not being super fussy with presentation. There are a good variety of cocktails as well. I want to close out by commenting on the staff. Brian was our waiter. He was friendly, attentive and timely throughout the evening. He read the table, knowing when to offer more food and drinks or let us finish a conversation. The rest of the staff seemed to work very well as a team. You could feel it from the time you walked into the restaurant. It's 45 minutes from my house but I will return several times this year."
