"This restaurant is absolutely wonderful with a sophisticated atmosphere and plenty of natural light. The waitstaff and wine consultant were exceptional. The food and wine selection were top-notch. While it may be a little expensive, that is to be expected at a fine dining establishment like the Fairmont. However, the quality of the food and desserts was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience from start to finish."

"Great breakfast spot. The biscuits really are fantastic. I was a fan of the pancakes and skillets, but the chicken and waffle with gravy wasn’t my thing. It had a good first few bites but the portion is a little much for one person and won’t hold up with all that gravy unless you can finish it fast. Something to consider. Overall though I’ve gone with the wife plenty of times and have tried a few options. I’m going to post a few of the items we’ve gotten over the last few trips. Really good for a quick weekend breakfast. They also have some really interesting seasonal cocktails and coffees."

"Excellent meal and service but very, very noisy! Eating outside would have been preferable because the noise level inside was very distracting. Restaurant should find some ways to soften the sound because the noise bounces off all the hard surfaces."

"Too loud, too bright. Really, really miss the previous Primo and its outstanding menu and ambiance. We were disappointed in this refurbished version; too touristy, limited menu variety. Great service however (our waiter has been here 13 years and he misses the previous one as well). Third time sadly will be our last. Time to try the other restaurants in this lovely resort. Always a great place for a convention."

"Juan C and his team provided exceptional service. The oyster appetizer was not as expected, as the lemon breadcrumbs overshadowed the other flavors and resulted in a dry and gritty texture. The cobia dish was excellent, especially with the farro in the clam sauce. The rigatoni was decent but lacked spices and was a large portion. The bread pudding was also very tasty. We would definitely come back on our next visit."
