"Very nice atmosphere. This has nothing to do with the staff that are there. Our server her manager were working hard to serve everyone, but it was just the 2 of them. Disappointed in chicken flavor in chicken and waffles. Very bland. Coffee was AWESOME!!!! Server manager provided great customer service. Hotel is amazing!!!!"

"I have eaten at Soul Mountain for years at their previous location. The service has always been good and the food consistently excellent. Consistently is the key word here it 's so disappointing to take a guest to a restaurant where previous experience is good and be dismayed at the difference. Best of luck at your new location!!"
