"The Stuffed Burger is easily the best sit-down restaurant burger in Beacon, possibly in all of Dutchess county. It's the least expensive entree on the menu but is completely mind blowing. I ended up getting the Cuban Mule, which was a drink special and that too was easily the best drink I've had in Beacon. Unfortunately it's not on the regular, but the Cuban Mule really did knock it out of the park. The ambiance is dimly lit and great for a romantic or chill evening, but I understand that's not for everyone. The real reason this is only rated 4 stars instead of 5 is because the dessert was just not up to par with the rest of the food. It just seemed like your regular, run of the mill restaurant dessert options in terms of selection and flavor. Not bad, but certainly not great and nowhere near the quality of the rest of the food."
