"I relocated to Florida from Philadelphia in 2000, and after moving, I really missed the diners we had up north. To my surprise, Hilton Head, South Carolina turned out to be the perfect spot to enjoy diner fare again. On our first night there, we decided to have dinner at a local diner, and the food was outstanding. The bread and salad were fresh and flavorful, while the chopped steak was enormous and the vegetables were delicious. For dessert, we shared a rice pudding, which was absolutely delightful! We were so impressed with both the food and the service that we returned the very next day for breakfast, and it was spectacular!"

"Some of the absolute worst food I have ever had. I ordered the Eggs and steak patty as it is printed on the menu). I realized that it was a hamburger patty but ordered the way it was printed the server snapped at me That 's a Hamburger patty! I told her okay. What I recieved was 2 cold hard fried eggs ordered over easy eggs) and 2 boiled/steamed burger patties no spices and tasted sour and cold toast. Husband order an omelet and it wasn 't any better. Server came back to drop off ticket and left. We paid and left. Noanager to speak to anywhere around. The other thing is the weird bathroom. Toilet is the height for a child and the bottom of the door is right at your knees and the toilet paper is above your head on the wall. It says under new management and shorter hours it was 24 hours from signs posted on the freeway) and it is understandable why there were only 2 cars in the parking lot. Same amount of cars everytime we pass by it."

"Server was great but everything else was terrible. Place was dirty, silverware dirty, soda machine couldn’t get the mixture right, fries were cold, my turkey blt was brought to me without bacon because they ran out. They should have asked if I wanted something else. Still charged full price for everything. Just an awful experience except for the overwhelmed server who did her best so she still got a good tip, but the restaurant deserved nothing."

"We went for their Thanksgiving buffet. It was ok. We didn't know what half the desserts were as they were not labeled. We also never saw the mini cookies. Turkey and ham were good as were the appetizers. Seems silly not to have included coffee in the price. A help yourself coffee station would have sufficed."

The trailer court next to it says it all.And the employees turn over as they serve you: the chick that takes your order will be different from the one that serves you and different from the one that takes the check.Because they all quit."
