"It was our first weekend at Greek peak and we were very excited to eat at Carver's on New Years Eve because the food and service at Trax was Amazing! Carver's was a huge let-down. The bread served was soggy. The drink I ordered was made wrong twice (bartending needs help, or just Pinterest the drink recipe) The beyond burger was a beyond burger, the fries were embarrassingly Limp. The mushroom ravioli had a thick sauce with balsamic drizzle..... just not a could combination of flavors. I have had mushroom ravioli elsewhere and this Carvers was just not worthy. Besides the drab dinner, the wait staff was lovely. They tried to get us to take the left overs but we declined, they did comp the ravioli and made the drinks on the house, which is good because we barely touched either. They also offered dessert, but we didn't dare the disappointment and instead left a big tip for the well intentioned serve."
