"I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. My burrito was not rolled properly and was folded in half like a taco. I also received only a few chips with no salsa, despite requesting red salsa. I have been a customer since the opening of this place, but the quality has deteriorated so much that I will now be going to Chipotle instead. As someone who also runs a business, I understand the challenges of finding good staff, but every person who eats a burrito knows that they should be rolled and folded properly, not just thrown haphazardly into foil. For $18, I expected a delicious masterpiece, but instead received something inedible. This experience was so disappointing that I felt compelled to write my first ever review."
