"Drizzly wet in the morning and I felt that the morning breakfast should have some simple warm bagels with Smear. Better half wanted something bigger, so please both of us order delivery of Saratoga Bagels. We were not disappointed. Bagels sent us their best from their menu and we had the most satisfying Weekend Morning Meal without coming out of our house Here is what we ordered: 1. The Poppy Bagel 2. The Sesam Bagel 3. The Deluxe Sandwich with whole wheat bag. 4. Sausage Omelette Sandwich with Jalapeño Cheddar Bagel. We ordered the above, each of us get a hearty half of each item and then they swore with Gusto! Each was well done and filled to almost impossible levels (in the sandwiches). We'll be back for more!!"

"Tried to place a call in order after calling 4 times. The man who answered was very rude and said “honestly, we're not taking any of those orders right now because it will put us way behind and we already have too many orders” and eventually said if we chose to still place the order it would be over an hour. "Please note that gratuity is included! We were never shown an actual check at the end to remind us that the gratuity was included. We asked how much and was told $75, then after handing a $100 bill to the sever, we got only $6 and some change back. That’s after we had given additional 20% tip in cash. Then we asked if we could see the check and we were told “it states that gratuity is included on the menu”. Well, it needs to be in bigger print and as a kindness to your guest, show the receipt. I felt swindled and was upset but, didn’t want to ruin my friends birthday celebration"
