"Not quite sure of the young lady name, but I think that it was De'Lisa, anyway I had a coupon for $19.99, she charged me $30 plus dollars, got upset with me, I tried to have a conversation with her, she ignored me, I asked for her supervisor, she wentto him and had a 30 second conversation, refuse to serve me, he came and took over and finished the order. I will never go backto this restaurant, and I wish the young lady luck, because you will need it with that bad attitude!"

"I don't usually eat Bojangle's chicken, that day I was like I stopped. I had the best customer service experience, I don't know his name, but he made me want the next day. Oh and the chicken was hot and fresh and so were the cookies. Little disappointed the Cajun Rice pigs in it, but still a big visit!"

"I'm so confused as to why this staff is so lazy. If someone orders something just give them what they ordered rather than trying to talk them out of it cause you're too lazy to make the food. I also think that they purposely give you the wrong sauce as they do it routinely. They never have anything prepared and send you curbside every time. A 5 minute experience turns into 25 quick. It's so pathetic. I wish I could give negative stars. Laughing and playing rather than just giving the food to the customer. Like bruh it's not that hard to not be this trash. Corporate need to come fire them all then the department of labor need to deny their unemployment cause they don't deserve a dime for that trash work ethic."

"Today arrived in drive thru placed order 1105 am with 5 cars in front of me and it takes 30 mins to get order that is not only wrong but cold fries no Mayo on sandwich as asked for after getting the correct sandwich it still had no Mayo and no napkins, needless say a place that I have visited regularly for a long time I will not be returning. "I went through the drive thru and ordered a 4-piece upper combo. When I came home, I realized that they didn't put any fries in them. I called the restaurant and the manager told me that she would need me to come back with the receipt and all the food before she would reimburse me for the fries. Since I won't get there for $2, I thought this place can only get a 1-star rating for their bad customer service."

"This location is terribly slow. I just spent 45 minutes in the drive thru and I was only behind 5-6 cars. They were taking nearly ten minutes per car. I got to the window and there were at least 5 people inside working, so staffing didn't seem to be an issue. Not to mention they had their doors locked so people coming to pick up mobile app orders couldn't even get their food without going into the drive through (which was taking forever). Absolutely unacceptable. Probably won't go back again."
