"I made a reservation a month in advance for lunch/brunch with 2 friends. Upon entering the restaurant, we were asked to pay a $10 cover each, which was never previously disclosed. Our waitress didn’t greet us for at least 15 minutes and when she did, she just poured waters and didn’t ask for our drink order. When we finally had a chance to place a drink order, we were told they were out of champagne and strawberry purée. It was 12:30pm on a Sunday. The drinks came in plastic cups and when we asked for glasses for our beers, we were told no. Our food took quite awhile to arrive. It was lacking flavor, but presentation was great. Service took very long and we felt as though we were being ignored. It was an unenjoyable and expensive experience. Will never go back or recommend to friends."
