"I was there with a friend and the kids, since it was a long time ago since we see each other we wanted to sit and be able to chat and talk while we eat dinner. However the server brought the ticket as soon as he brought the food and was coming to ask us if we were ready. We were not able to enjoy our meal since I personally felt we were being pushed out to leave. We ask for a table outside because the inside was very loud. I found it very, very, very rude that somebody is coming and asking you for the payment so frecuently. If for some reason they don't trust the patrons they should take to order and charge before they offer the sittings."

"Finally got a chance to put this sign to the test... Been here before and I have always enjoyed the food here. And breakfast at MM is surprisingly fantastic! Not sure why I'm surprised though. My parents are in town visiting and we like trying breakfast around the valley. My mother was particularly impressed with her meal today! I believe it was stuffed French toast, maple infused sausage and a side of the cheesy breakfast potatoes. Btw, with or without cheese the potatoes are noteworthy! Can't wait to try more breakfast items here."

"I used to love coming here. We visit our kids in Carolina Shores so we stay in North Myrtle Beach several times a year. This might be our last time for awhile. Fountain drinks were unavailable. "Only 2 weeks open, and directly from the gate, the new Wesley Chapel Location offers the same great food, drinks and service as the other FL locations. The menu offers a wide selection of choices to offer a variety of nutritional options. My husband had added his usual order, the Shiitake Mushroom Pizza with apple wood bacon. A medium was 6 huge pieces and large enough for two meals. While not cheap at $23, it is worth the price of quality ingredients and generous toppings. I built my own spinach salad with sun-dried tomatoes, the roasted mushroom trio and bacon, plus I added grilled chicken for an extra $2.59. It was enormous and absolutely loaded with toppings, enough for two meals, for less than $10. I only have a few minor complaints. The bar service was a bit slow, my husband waited 10-15 minutes to arrive at his first draft of the cedar, although the second was brought almost immediately if desired. It seemed that it was just a bartender, maybe two would be justified, at least at weekends. My iced tea was always too warm because it was freshly brewed and not cooled, so little added was almost immediately melted. Finally, they do not offer fat-free salad dressing options, the type of defeats the purpose of salad for lunch or dinner. A fat-free raspberry viniagrette or honey French choice would be great even if there are only packages of business-bought brands instead of a home made recipe. Alexis was a great server! We will probably make a habit to get pizza and salad to go quite often, and will come and try new and delicious things very soon! Very recommended Mellow Mushroom, it is a great restaurant."

"We waited 10 minutes without any service, then a guy finally came over to take our order. Moments later, a girl approached us, and we informed her that someone had already taken our order. She responded with annoyance, asking, "Who was it?" When we told her it was a guy, she rolled her eyes and walked off. After our food was served, the female server tried to overcompensate with excessive friendliness to make up for her earlier reaction, which only added to the unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this restaurant."

"I had heard a lot of people recommend Mellow Mushroom and I finally got around to trying it out after seeing a movie at the nearby theater. I started out with some spinach and artichoke dip, (one of my favorite apps , and my 2 friends and I each ordered a different small pizza. The dip was incredibly tasty. A nice layer of cheese crusting the top, creamy and flavorful dip, and garlic bread slices made from bread they source at a local bakery, all complimented each other perfectly to make one of the best Spinach Artichoke dips one ever had. And that 's not even getting to the pizza yet! Once the pizza all came out we swapped slices around the table so we could each try the 3 flavors we 'd chosen. Each one of them as good as the other, (I recommend dipping the Buffalo chicken pizza in ranch by the way . If that wasn 't enough our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and helped guide me along the menu since I was a first timer. The atmosphere is somewhere between sports bar and dive bar with mushroom, wink, wink, based art, decorations, and silly naming conventions on the menu, and a wide open floor plan that also allows you to look right into the kitchen. I 'll definitely be back, and I 'm torn between sampling their other offerings to test if they 're as good, (an offering of hoagies, burgers, wings, pretzel bites that were hyped up but I didn 't try, and much more! or just get another helping of delicious pizza and dip. Definitely worth it to even go a bit out of your way if you 're in the area and looking for good pizza."

"Got a pizza and a large salad for three people and ended up with three slices to take home. Pizza was great and had delicious, fresh veggies on top. The crust was soft on the inside with a good crust on the outside. Any doughier and it would have been too doughy for my liking. Greek salad was good, though it doesn't come mixed, which means you have to do some work to distribute the tasty bits before it's ready to share."

"Mellow mushroom pizza is always delicious and consistently good across locations. We got pizza one week night from here and it was ready on time. We ordered online and it is weird that they charge a small online order fee (no more than a dollar). I could call on the phone to order, waste people time and not pay the fee. While their pizza is always good in this case the crust took up way more of the pizza than normal on my small cheese and 20% of the slice was just crust. This won't stop me from going back and enjoying consistently good taste but would hope that they paid more attention to their crust ratio next time. 3/5 because this particular pizza could be improved"
