"I know places are short staffed but this was beyond that. I asked for extra salad dressing and never did receive it even with two extra requests. She would walk right past our table to drop off something but couldn't bring that item. She would deliver water but couldn't bring salad dressing. My husband asked for steak sauce when our steaks were delivered. Then asked again when his beer was delivered after the steak. Then I asked again when she refilled our water. Needless to say I finished the rest of my salad (without extra dressing), finished my steak and mac and cheese and he was still waiting on his steak sauce. When she finally brought it she collected my dirty dishes and he was finally ready to eat his cold steak after I finished my entire meal. Fries were already finished at this point for my husband. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and could have chosen any place to try and this was the place we chose. It was our first and last time here"

"This is one of the gems of downtown Erie. It's unpretentious and comfortable while offering an extensive craft beer list and excellent food. There is always a creative list of specials to add to their innovative menu. Get the mac and cheese. Trust me. Pictured: cheese steak sandwich with pulled pork mac and cheese"
