"our server was incredible! but the kitchen seemed to have serious problems. we ordered 3 different types of salsa for an appetizer and the salsas all came in a large bowl mixed together. the server apologised and was obviously frustrated. the kitchen problems remained, but our server helped to make the experience pleasant."

"First I’ll say this was my 4th trip here for pizza and it is always excellent. Wait staff is always friendly and prompt. Todays visit had a hiccup that left me feeling like the manager needs a lesson in customer service. 3 adults ate for supper 7/2/23. Had Calamari-it was mostly batter with a few very small (dime size) pieces of meat and a few of the peppers. I told the waitress and showed her our platter, so she asked the kitchen help and they said that is how it is (which I doubt it, as it was very unacceptable) she asked if there was anything she could do for us and I said I didn’t think we should have to pay for it. She said she’d ask. When the bill came we were charged for the calamari, so I asked the people at the cash register and they hooked me up with the person in charge (he didn’t tell us his title or name) and he said that we ate most of it so we had to pay. I told him we ate the pieces of meat and left the batter which probably amounted to about 3/4 of a cup. He argued with me about it and then conceded to offering to take off 1/2 the price. I said ok because I wasn’t going to argue with this guy who obviously didn’t know a thing about customer service. You don’t argue with a customer over a$12.99 entree that was deemed unacceptable. Such poor etiquette. We still love their pizza and will go back but nix the calamari."

"We got takeout with lasagna and angel hair pasta. The staff was super friendly and helpful despite being quite busy. The order was ready when they said it would be, but then the problems started. First, the paper takeout containers totally failed the sauces soaked through them and turned them to mush in the 5 minutes it took to get to our hotel so much that they stuck together and when pulled apart they fell apart. Second, the order was incorrectly done. We had asked for no tomatoes in one dish and got tomatoes. Third, the food was, across both dishes we had, bland. The angel hair had basically no flavor. The lasagna fillings were bland and the sauce not very good. It is a shame because i appreciated that at least the sauce wasn’t sugar heavy like a lot of sauces but it was watery and didnt have much flavor other than the pieces of onion in it."

"every time I look, I hope for a pleasant experience to write an evaluation. I stopped writing cripples for a while because I had no good experience talking about it. uncanny to say at least. I write today because I had at least five experiences in a series that were extremely annoying. I usually have dinner with a friend at this place and then order a meal for the trip. at least five times in a row, they forgot a part of the dinner. every time I went back, I would let her know, but somehow it went on. believe me when I say I didn't want to go back, but my friend likes to eat and it's very comfortable for him. During my last visit I gave them a $50 gift certificate that I had received from scotiabank a few months ago. there was no expiry date, but I was told that it had expired. are there no law passed on to gift certificates? I wrote to the manager an e-mail as he had requested some weeks ago and had not yet received a confirmation of my complaint. I think my next step will be to contact her office because I don't want to fall that. I'm working too hard for my money. Pretended in front of this facility! They don't learn from their mistakes and have no idea what the customer service is. they only seem to benefit from people."

"We are new in the area and were stopped by some of the elements on the menu and for lunch on Christmas Eve. That was a very good decision. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the brunch menu was full of stuff I would like to have ordered. I ordered the regular menu a shrimp chorizo burger with onion rings, and my wife ordered a Monte Cristo sandwich from the Brunch menu. Both sandwiches were excellent. The Monte Cristo was perfectly deep roasted golden brown with exactly the right melting quality. It was so big, we could have shared it and was okay. The shrimp chorizo Burger was exactly what I was hoping it would be. The chorizo Patty was crispy, a little salty and had a little heat. It was covered with small, whole spiced shrimp and finished with a small cream cheese, salad and tomatoes. It was decadent, spicy and creamy at once. The tempura broken onion rings were also perfectly cooked, but desperately need salt, which is best used directly from the fryer, unlike the table. The only ones, and I just think smaller glitters were very slow food service (which I write to the holiday) and a too cold design coming from the doorstep. The restaurant would benefit very much from a small vestibule on the door to keep the cold air from browsing through the dining room when someone enters or exits. Overall we were very happy to find really good food and friendly service in our new backyard!"

"The service was wonderful. Ben was our server and very attentive and quick. The food though... OMG it was bad. One dish was burnt and had to be sent back. The rest of the dishes were meh. They had the special where if you ordered certain dishes you could take home a pasta. We tried to eat the take home pasta the next day and it was inedible. Went right into the garbage. If it weren’t for Ben, I would have been much more upset about the whole thing."

"ciao! rhymes with wow! wow will be the word that is used to describe this restaurant. a spectacular delight of harmonious taste tantalizes the palate from every angle. the restaurant is arranged tastefully. allows both camaradery and an intimate feeling. we were greeted politely during the entry and quickly for this festive Saturday night. After we had recently left our friend's engagement party, we were surprised to be able to sit quickly. do not eat; the restaurant was undoubtedly busy this evening. Happy faces are freaked out. for an appetizer I ordered the arancini. the application comes with three well-sized risotto balls and the perfect mozzarella ratio. the soße, in which the appetizer is, do I dare to say, drinkable?! Wow-die pomodoro and pesto should be filled and sold in 20oz options! I ordered a pizza for my main course not only a pizza! a wood-fired, well-charred, birne and gorgonzola pizza. wow, the taste! wow, the delicious chewing wood crust! wow, the toppings; bacon-wow, caramelized onion-wow, thinly cut pears-wov, salty gorgon they were so good; I ordered two! the service was excellent. the ambiente and the atmosphere were great. the energy of the staff and the paragliders was great. everything had this WOW factor."

"As a person with type 2 diabetes, I ordered the grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu without breadcrumbs at this restaurant. I also had a house salad with beets (which are great for regulating blood glucose levels) and ranch dressing, green beans with a small amount of chopped bacon, and a baked potato with sour cream. The food was very good and I appreciated that they were able to accommodate my special dietary needs."

"we did not eat too evening on Sunday, 22nd august. eating was okay, the service was missing. our server took our order, and after we ate and we flattened it, he brought our bill and after some time he brought a machine. so that we could pay. more we have seen from him. we stood before the bar where the server gets shocked drinks and water. twice during our visit I saw the rod that drops the drinks on the floor, nozzle on the floor, then pick it up, try to screw it back together with their bare hands, they give it to a male waiter who also tries to screw the nozzle back on with his bare hands, and then put it back in the holder. they have not wiped it or rinsed it. I used it further. the second time they did the same. they served their alcohol-free drinks with something that was on the floor and hands, during a pandemic no less. I would never eat there again, and I certainly didn't drink the limo I bought. that's so rough."

"We love going and sitting at the bar to have dinner. They have a new menu and the portions are so large. Initially I noticed a slight price increase but the portion size was much larger than usual!!! The food is incredible!!! We love it here and the bartender/ server is so friendly and nice. She provided great service!! That’s why we like eating at the bar. Fun to see the interaction with everyone!"
