"I have never been the person to leave negative comments about restaurants because things happen, but whenever I went to Hachiya Express tonight for dinner my boyfriend moved back the napkin holder and a bunch of cockroaches ran out…. I took a picture of 2 of them but there were many and they were gross. Then, when I mentioned it to staff they were rude and walked away and didn’t even come look at the issue."

"My food was very delicious today. I ordered steak and chicken. The steak was extremely tender. This was the best I have had since living here and it was worth every penny. Customer Service is excellent, everyone was treated nicely. This is best fast food Japanese in this area. I am from Conway, but will definitely drive for the quality of food."
