"I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant for breakfast, but there have been some recent changes. There was a new waitress who seemed overwhelmed, and the other staff members did not offer to help her, even though there was food waiting in the warmer. I also noticed that takeout orders seemed to be given priority over dine-in customers. When my food finally arrived, there was a mistake with the order, causing further delays. The person at the next table received their meal and was almost finished eating by the time my food was brought out. I ended up leaving without eating breakfast. Thankfully, I had only ordered a water, or I would have had to wait even longer to pay. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant. Another major issue I noticed was that the waitress was handling surfaces without washing or cleaning her hands. The table I sat at was dirty, and when I stood up, the waitress asked me why, showing a lack of care for cleanliness or customer service. It seems that management needs to address these issues."
