"I had to argue with the barista just to get the icy latte I ordered, w/o side. then he made my order wrong, gave me home coffee. I would have taken it anyway, but it tasted burned. said false order, then they acted as if it were my fault. at least they corrected it and gave me what I ordered at the end. even what I ordered is below average."
