"Terrible attitude from the waiters when we entered. Extremely impatient and rude. The worst part: We discovered a sticker that still stuck on a slotted red paprika in one of our dishes, and when we interviewed the waitress about it, she shouted that the restaurant did not wash vegetables and told us to deal with it and stop acting surprised.? It won't go back."

"Food is not bad, Chicken was juicy and their potato salad and rice and beans are actually very good. My issue with this establishment is their customer service. I ordered almost $30 worth of food and asked for extra aji verde sauce which was met with no objection. When I left the restaurant and arrived home I only discovered 1 sauce cup. When I called to ask if I could come back to get extra sauce their response was extra sauce is $1 extra per cup we only give 1 with food Why not tell me that when i 'm cashing out I would have happily paid the extra $1 besides the fact that this practice is extremely petty (increase your prices if 1-2 extra salsas are cutting into your margins) furthermore this seems like a tight knit community of Ecuadorians that are not very fond of other cultures. If you aren 't Ecuadorian looking you get funny looks and treated differently than their own"

"Any reviews before August 18th must be for a different restaurant because they really just opened. I love black rice. They did an amazing job. I couldn't get enough of the fried akra either. Can't wait to go back for more. Wish I had taken pictures before I ate it all. The goat was also very good."
