"For a buffet that doesn't allow you to choose your own portions and items, the service was quite disappointing. We faced long wait times and received very little attention from the staff, who often seemed preoccupied and looked away from the customers. The salad dressing was overly salty, and the meat dressings were not much better, either being too sweet or too rich. The side dishes, particularly the bon chon, were also lacking; the pasta was stale and bland, and not even authentically Korean. The quality of the meat selections was subpar, with some items resembling chewy taffy or old tires. Additionally, they automatically add a 10% tip, which would be reasonable if the service were consistent and attentive—but it was far from that. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone."
