"it took 45 minutes after we have taken place for our reservation to get water and our order and then an additional 30 minutes to get our drinks from the bar. our appetizers came out in the hour and half a mark, but we still had no cutlery and had to fly someone else to bring us cutlery and serviettes. it was 2 hours in total before our food came and a meal had to be sent back because it was cold. we will definitely not make the journey here again and I would recommend it to no one before location to ask ideas."

"Was stuck in an all day meeting. Typed in 'vegan ' in Uber Eats and hoped for the best. Ordered the crispy spicy soy beef. This is one of the better meals I 've had. The serving size was HUGE. The vegetables were fresh and crisp, the sauce was perfectly spicy, and the soy beef had great taste and texture. Too bad I don 't live in Dallas would definitely order from here again!!"

"I have eaten Here before and the food was amazing! Not today... Today I got vegetable curry that was spicy it was too hot to even eat. To make matters worse the vegetables were not cooked. I don't understand why they would rush and serve Curried vegetables that were not done. The rice had a hunk of burnt rice. If it is burnt don't give it to the customer. Eat it yourself! Maybe it is a new chef."

"Our family loves Thai food, which was our first time Lanna Thai tried and it was not disappointed! I am vegetarian and was really happy to see many tofu options as well as some I could say were gluten-free. I have the Larb Tofu and the soft Tofu spring rolls. The salad dress was delicious, a mixture of sweet and savory, the salad was fresh and the tofu beautiful and crispy. My son got the chicken rice and it had a very generous amount of chickens, onions and yellow peppers. My husband has the chicken pillow Thai and he said it was very good. We all agree that we would definitely come back from here!"

"Went there for lunch with some folks! It was amazing! Ordered all the food and sat down, got a couple of tables together and boom! The food came in waves! Just one dish after another! The staff was so friendly! Super nice! Awesome experience. Great setup. Order and get yourself the plates and utensils and to go boxes and bags. Awesome Only thing that sucked was parking. But we found some meters so boom!"

"Lazy staff and do not listen to them when they abandon their order. abandoned at 12, 1 hour after the opening and no serviettes in the donator, had to wait for some. . they also think in winter they would not pump hot air cold thru ventilation. when I got 1/3 thru my food, it was freezing. I will not be back and spread the word, hope they have not my experience. oh also got angus accused and when I started eating, got 4 small pieces meat, the rest was veggies."

"there was a need to check my panda Express experience. I waited at least 15 minutes to order in! After my order was prepared, about five minutes took to get to the cash register! the drive thru was roped around the building. after all the waiting time, my eating was absolutely terrible. chow my tasted like tellerseife. spring rolls and cheese rangoon eis cold. the only reason I gave two stars is that the staff was so nice and friendly. the cashier apologised for waiting. I felt bad for her. but at least have good quality eating for their customers when they are ready to wait patiently."

"Poor selection and non attentive employees. Sunday evening and only three options of food, all the trays were empty. No Beijing Beef or Orange Chicken. Settled for Mushroom chicken and it was bland and the portion only had maybe 10 grams of chicken. This location carries quinoa which is great, but not ordered here since it looked dry and old Employees did not acknowledge when ready to order, and when they were cleaning and mopping the restaurant they were too loud moving and lifting chairs, like if the restaurant was closed"

"when a restaurant says they are open. 9 o'clock especially at a weekend they expect to have lunch at 20 o'clock. from all. not teriyaki huh. as I said, it's frozen. I guess we should all know that their whole food here on the plot is not made in any form or shape, but is made in a factory and then heat up. so it really is not the higher quality of the food at first place. very frustrating when they come to get eat and they just don't seem to be careful that they are out of everything and then they say it will take 15 minutes to make and give them a attitude because they don't want it at all. they want them to order the mist they have left, who in this case looks literally as mist. this is a company business, and frankly, its regional manager as well as its corporate office must deal with the business because this is a constant situation here. I would give it zero stars if I allowed one unpredictable!"
