"First Wok is our favorite Chinese delivery option. The food is consistently delicious and the delivery is fast. Last night, we placed an order through an app and called to inquire about the wait time. They said 30 minutes, but we received our order in just 20 minutes. We appreciate the prompt service and highly recommend First Wok."

"Very nice people (phone/driver). Please read the rest of my review with the understanding that I am trying to point out their food is different not bad compared to other Chinese restaurants in this area. The BBQ spare ribs on the bone were good. A little different taste but I enjoyed them and they were tender. Pork fried rice was very yellow in color and had pork with small pieces of onions in it that was it. General Tso chicken didn't have any heat to it and chicken pieces were stuck together. Again color of food was different than what I usually get elsewhere. If you want it spicy I recommend telling them when you order it. Beef and broccoli had its own distinct flavor but the broccoli was very good. Won Ton soup had the dumplings and scallions in it, but no pork strips. I'm not sure if that was due to it coming with a lunch special or not. Again I'm not saying the food was bad, just different in taste and appearance. I've been all over this country and Chinese food is different everywhere you go with regards to taste and appearance. For those who remember, there will never be Chinese Food like the old China Star restaurant on Rt. 38 decades ago."

"I've not sampled their entire menu, by far. However, my go-to is always General Tso's Chicken. Generous portions and the best flavor of a half dozen nearby places I've tried. Their egg rolls aren't great, but entirely edible. Does it even matter after you drench it in duck sauce? I LOVE the cream puffs and the sweet red dipping sauce. I've never been disappointed when I go here for my Chinese takeout craving."

"My GoTo Chinese Delivery Spot. Consistently Delicious. I have become a Regular Smegular PK Chic. I really enjoy the food. My Fav Dish is the Mongolian Beef with Cabbage and Green onion only. The Beef is cooked just right; Tender, not tough and rubbery like beef jerky. The sauce is not thick like it comes straight out of a jar. It's perfect. My Son loves the General Tso Chicken. Husband loves the Chicken in Garlic Sauce. Delivery is always fast and Driver friendly. The Food is always delivered hot. Very Satisfied. Thanks PK."

"Having been here twice in one week will definitely make this carry out my all time favorite. First bite of my hot and sour soup, I knew this place was a winner!. I am a connoisseur of hot and sour and right off the bat I saw what I was looking for... Wood ear. It's a fungus that grows on fallen wood, especially the elder wood! It is know for its medicinal purposes mostly by the Western part of the world. It has been written that the healing properties include sore throats, sore eyes, jaundice and used as an astringent! I looked this up, however, I did know this was good for the body!! Okay. . Enough of the little educational background. . The broth was slightly thick as I belive it should be with bamboo shoots, cap mushrooms along with tofu and sprinkled through was fresh chopped green onions. The rest of the meal followed suite! Sesame chicken so tender I cut it with a fork. I don't recall ever having chicken quite that tender and moist. The fried rice was full of rich flavor and skimping was not in the chefs vocabulary. Also got an order of fried wonton so creamy and just lightly fried to perfection. For about $10.00 for a meal so freshly prepared and a side order you just can't go wrong with this gem. Get used to seeing my face because I'm coming back again and again!"

"I don 't understand the poor reviews, unless you go there expecting it to be something it 's not. This is the classic hole in the wall Chinese place. No, it 's not some gourmet pish-posh scene with five star cuisine, but it 's not supposed to be. It 's super affordable and tasty. The lunch special is great. I generally have the orange chicken, however the chow mein is also top notch. Their spring rolls are the best I 've ever had! You go there for inexpensive and delicious food, not a fancy atmosphere and kowtowing. After all, the best Chinese food doesn 't come from the most luxurious joints."

"We have tried takeout several times from Taste of Beijing. We’ve appreciated their direct online ordering through their website, which doesn’t include any upcharges like ordering through GrubHub or similar sites often does. For Covid precautions, they have plastic sheeting dividing the counter from the rest of the restaurant, and handle food and payment through slits in the plastic. They have signs up encouraging wearing masks as well (though the staff haven’t always been wearing them). The food itself is fairly good. One favorite is chicken and rice soup for two. It's chicken and rice in broth, simple, but you get a whole pint for under $6 and comes with tasty wontons as well. You can make it a meal and it's a great value. The Peking duck rolls are good: shredded Peking duck and lettuce in rolled flour tortillas with plum dipping sauce. A nice snack, not quite worth $6.50, but nice if you want a bit of Peking duck without the full production. The steamed pork dumplings were fairly good and standard, with the right proportion of meat and dough, and the usual soy sauce dip. Shanghai noodles provided a good showing. They were very flavorful and not too greasy. These were more spicy than most places we've tried, just shy of being too hot for Mr. Cuddles. We’ve tried the triple delight and sesame chicken. Both were tasty and about as expected. The sesame chicken had a good proportion of broccoli to chicken. This is a reasonably priced Chinese restaurant and we’ll likely be back again many more times. Give them a try!"
