"The worst dim sum in Portland! The restaurant itself smells really bad and looks dirty. Several customers walked in at 11 am, when they actually open and it took 20 minutes to order food. They sat everyone at tables first which means they didn 't take orders from people that came in first. There was only one person taking orders, passing food, seating people. They didn 't give any waters to us or many others either. They marked many popular items on their menu OUT but turns out people still ordered them and we had to order different items because we had no idea that they didn 't update their menus. They brought one plate of dim sum every 10 minutes. Then our last plate was supposed to be the house special pan fried noodles but it didn 't mention it had like 3 different types of protein (pork, shrimp, chicken) and half of it was burned the other half and was sitting in what looked like broth. Definitely NOT pan fried noodles! Not only was it bland, they burned half of it ! You can tell most of the people came because HK cafe was too busy, that 's why we did. I still smell like the horrible Restaurant and super upset I had to eat bland dim sum. Please do yourself a favor and just wait in line at HK cafe because the wait time will still be the same or longer."
