"This is my third time here. The first two times the staff were rude and unpleasant. But, it was busy and I chocked it up to that. This week I had four errands all pleasant. Then, stopped here. No one here but me and another customer. They are a glum and unhappy bunch and the motto is treat the customer like garbage. I had the misfortune of asking the owner where a beer was thereby ruining his day.Last time I go here. I will drive the extra 10 minutes and take my business elsewhere"

"Not bad, staff was friendly! I built my own burger and all the ingredients tasted fresh and well made. The patty was not frozen or badly made. And they tasted like it was fresh bread. An amazing amount of bacon under the cheese in the picture. I'm sorry I didn't make a picture, but they have a huge pretzel for an appetizer who was really good! But the sauces could be desired. It was only commercial, Spicy brown mustard, yellow mustard and nacho cheese. I'll go all over here and post more pictures. Update: 11/20/2021 The SOUP is AMAZING!!!! I got the pulp!"

"Nice! We stayed at this hotel during our bus trip to Lancaster. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good food. They had a customer appreciation memory in which my friend and I stumbled unintentionally. Brandy invited us and welcomed us. The indoor bar has an old English theme and a BIG tree trunk from the floor through ceiling that lets you think Robin Hood could sit somewhere close. The outdoor bar (closed and heated for winter) has 30 beers on tap! The breakfast buffet was delicious and LITERALLY had freshly carved fruits. I can't say enough good things about this jewel. Will definitely return."
