Put your hands down, make it like your Abuelo before your Abuelita saved him from the streets. I'm sure you had Chilaquiles before there's always a big tostada on the floor and it's hard to stick in your mouth alone. Barbed wire Reef just changed the game with thin, long pieces of Tostada, which are then stacked high with flavors, from mild to knock your socks out of fire. Did I mention that they have 7 different species?! I asked the bartender/server/ninja Brittany who the chefs are. It was nice to face this creative genius. Thanks Alan and Mario!
