"I have never had fufu or egusi with beef so regardless of the terrible reviews, I still really wanted to try this restaurant and judge for myself. Food took less than two minutes to come out. All I can say is that the egusi was so rich. The first bite of meat was completely packed with flavor, spicy, and salty. I have never had anything like it. The meat was not too tender, you had to bite it and I thought it was delicious. I did find fish bones in the dish while I asked for beef (I didn’t care, it’s just a disclaimer you might find little fish bones). $18.09 for the soup and fufu so the price can be kind of steep, but when you consider I didn’t have to buy any of the foreign ingredients or spend any hours making the fufu, I didn’t feel like complaining about the price, especially given how satisfied I was after finishing the entire meal. I will be coming back again for some egusi and fufu. Thank you!"
