"I love PF Chang's and this particular location was fantastic! The customer service was amazing, the food was cooked to perfection, and it wasn't as busy as some of their other locations. The parking can be a bit tricky (there's a parking garage behind the shops on Mill), but they validate parking and it's only a short walk away. We ordered chicken fried rice, kung pao dragon roll, kung pao brussel sprouts, and kung pao chicken, and they were all delicious! We especially enjoy spicy food, so this was a perfect meal for us. This restaurant is one of our favorites, so we will definitely be returning to this location soon! Thank you!"

"The food was, again, OUTSTANDING and we ordered extra so that we could take some home for meals on another day. The service was very good, but the entrees came out just a few minutes after our appetizers and I had to TWICE explain to the Food Runners to take them back and keep them warm as we were just starting to enjoy our scrumptious appetizers. Unfortunately, there was a VERY loud woman (a nurse sitting at the booth right behind us and she was complaining LOUDLY to her 3 co-workers about some work experiences that she was not happy about. I glared at her several times and she either didn't care (She was young; probably late 20's. and/or hard of hearing and didn't understand. The others at her table should have said something to her, but they were pretty quiet and think that they were just hoping that she would stop. Not Chang's fault, but if they see this loud woman again, they should seat her in the bar or at an outside table."

"The staff at this restaurant is consistently excellent. The food is generally good, but I was disappointed with the pad Thai with shrimp that I ordered. The shrimp were small and tough, like rubber. Despite this, I would still recommend the dish, but I suggest trying the tofu or chicken instead. The lettuce wraps were delicious as always, and my husband enjoyed his Kung Pao dish."

"I used Opentable to book a reservation for 7PM. The reservation was acknowledged, but I still had go back to the front desk to enquire about my reservation. Three two party couples that came in after me were seated before us. We were seated at the rear of the restaurant I was able to see the kitchen and the preparation floor. For my seat I could see the grease build on the floor with debris. At our table, there was no silverware. We had to ask for it when our appetizers came. The floor beneath my seat was so bad that our feet stuck to the floor. I have been to other P.F. Chang's and this is by far the worst. I will never go there again. Even after the bill came, our waitress took a very long time to come and pick up the check..even after we stood up so that she could see us ready to leave. P.F. Chang's in Westbury does not honor Opentable reservations that we could see. Please remove them or correct this behavior. Please fix this location."

"The service was very slow, although nobody else was sitting at the bar. This location had NO: hot n acid soup, mango iced tea, dry rubbing ribs, Korean chicken BBQ stir fry or the ability to order only 4 crab bandtons. I have never seen so many “no” before. We were told that the reason was that they were a small market, but some articles would return in February. We only visited AL so that this was no help. Chang’s should be Chang’s, I shouldn’t have to check if a particular location is considered a small market before we drive over an hour to get there. Very disappointed about this visit Changes overall if this is actually a new rule for them."

"We ordered the same dishes as before, but the calamari took a long time to come out and was oily and lukewarm. The main courses followed after quite a delay, and they were barely warm upon arrival. The salad was crunchy with a good filling. Everyone who assisted us was pleasant, and it was commendable that the manager was actively helping to bus tables and serve. The restaurant didn’t seem overly busy, which makes me think that having too few waitstaff might have been an issue. Overall, our experience was disappointing compared to previous visits to other P.F. Chang’s locations. Although it was Easter Sunday, the restaurant fell short of expectations, and we are unlikely to return."

"Every time my friend and I come to this restaurant, they are always out of some type of food that affects what we want to order. Every. Time. This time around they said they were out of a curry sauce and I heard the waiter talk to the table behind us saying that they were out of oranges so he couldn't order the orange chicken. If you are out of oranges, go to the freakin grocery store down the street and buy more!! That is an easy thing to buy. Another issue was when I came to get take out one day and I wanted to order the gluten free chicken fried rice on the kids menu. The woman taking my order told me they didn't have that option and I couldn't order it. I said I order it all the time and she insisted that they didn't have it. Finally she went and asked another employee if they had it and she said yes. Obviously you all have it if it's on the menu!!"

"We haven't visited P.F. Chang's since COVID, and our experience this time was disappointing. It took a long time for our drinks to be served, and we didn't receive any confirmation from our server. "PF Chang is clearly not using OpenTable correctly. We made a reservation for 6:45, an open spot according to OpenTable. When we arrived, we were early, 6:40. We checked in and the host said it would be ready closer to 6:45, but they had checked us in. We returned at 6:45 and a second host told us they were preparing the table. At 6:47 or so, the general manager came out and told us that we would have to wait for 30 minutes or so to be seated. As a result, we left."

"We love PF Chang’s and so were disappointed by this visit to the Santa Monica location. The service was friendly, but slow and they forgot to bring our drinks. The food wasn’t up to par, which was surprising given the remarkable consistency we’ve experienced at other Chang’s locations. The server mentioned that they had a “ton” of to-go orders (we visited on New Years evening), so we’ll just chock it up to a bad night to eat out."

"I grew up eating Asian cuisine and enjoy the options offered at PF Chang’s. The Chilean Sea Bass is delicious, similar quality to the best Chinese seafood restaurants. The only difference? I can get an entire fish at a Chinese restaurant and just a small portion at PFC. I wish PFC portions were bigger. The noodle dishes should be way bigger or perhaps come in a choice of sizes (individual vs family style)."

"I booked the reservation for 6 people at 6. It was my 30th birthday so I put it in the reservation notes. When I arrived the hostess said they didn’t have a reservation under my name or phone number. I had a confirmation number and email to which I showed her. She radioed someone- then just asked for my name and number and said I’d receive a text when the table was ready. When we received the text and were headed downstairs she saw 6 of us and said she didn’t know there were 6 in the party and said it was a table for 2. I was annoyed but they fixed it we sat down. She wasn’t that friendly or apologetic. We received our appetizers within 5 minutes of ordering them yet waited over 20 minutes for our drinks- only 2 were cocktails the others were wine and beer. We immediately ordered a second round. Another 20 minutes til we received those. Only AFTER we paid our tab and tipping over 20% did anyone acknowledge my birthday and brought a cheesecake. Service was mediocre at best. Restaurant was not even full at all. I understand being short staffed but this was absolutely ridiculous and I work in a fine dining restaurant in the city. This place has gone completely down hill; the only good thing I can really say was that the food was good."

"My husband and I have been coming here for a long time. We have always been greeted with a smile and a Welcome to PF Chang. The food is definitely worth the price. An the service is always awesome. However Father 's day was entirely different. We didn 't receive the usual warm greeting. Here 's how it went. We were greeted by with do you have a reservation when I asked for a table for two. I said I wasn 't aware you took reservations or that we needed one. For 30 years was the snappy reply. Oh,! is there any tables open? Let me check. There will be a wait, so we can clean a table off. Now mind you the restaurant wasn 't even half full. So we 're thinking that they are understaffed and feeling like idiots because we should have made a reservation. Being Father 's day. We had been there on holidays before . An never asked if we had a reservation. We didn 't have to wait after all. Within minutes we were taken to our table by a very nice young lady. An as always our waitress Anique was on top of everything and very friendly. She made sure we had a very nice dinning experience. I can only assume that Luke the manager, the one who greeted us was having himself a bad day."

"My husband and I cam in to buy a gift card. We ate lunch and loved it. My husband ate Beef fried rice and I ate Lo Mein with vegetables and Chicken. Awesome flavor. All made from Scratch. The Crab Wontons were great also. I would recommend P. F. Chang's to all my friends! Service was fast and Friendly. Waitress was always refilling our drinks and asking how everything was and if we needed any thing else!!! 03/11/2017 update. Both times we have been there it was PERFECT!!!!"
