"They made our Door Dasher wait for 45 minutes to pick up our food (per the Door Dash app). We don’t care about waiting for food, but our poor Dasher was sitting there unpaid for 45 minutes of work. (we tipped her more). When we called the restaurant we were told to complain to Door Dash because “they can’t do anything”. The dasher did nothing wrong. Fair warning for folks who order online, they will make your delivery person wait."
