"Visited this restaurant on a weekday. Ample parking, and the restaurant was clean and had a good ambience. We decided to get the hibachi and we're seated in the back area. The waiter was knowledgeable and the service was quick. I wouldn't say the food was anything special or better that other hibachi places. I felt the soft shell crab was a let down. It didn't look like a crab but more like something that was fried in a square shape and cut up in slices. I ordered my steak rare, and it was good to know it was cooked to order. I think this place could do a better job in the order they cook food, it just took a long time for my entire order, and I could not enjoy all of it together at one time. To note there was a really bad draft and it made everyone cold. I would not come here during the winter time if you don't have a jacket, at least to the hibachi section."

"I used to come to this restaurant often, but I was disappointed this time. The friend I brought with me was a first-time visitor and was not impressed with the sushi or the service, giving it only 1 star. I think they should use less mayonnaise on their dishes and be more knowledgeable about the menu when making recommendations to customers. There is another Top Sushi location in Houston that seems to maintain better quality and service."

"First order Thai tea and it was mad. I mention it to the waiter and he tells me it should be. Then I order the fresh spring rolls that were 3 shrimps with about a salad size salad. The Pho tasted like water and hardly had anything in it and the side condiments were rotten and almost not present. I'm not going back."

"First and foremost, the food is delicious. However, my eggrolls were slightly overcooked but not burnt. The sauce that came with them was immaculate, but they didn't even fill the container halfway. While I blame myself for only ordering a mild pad thai, it lacked a little depth of flavor/kick. I'm willing to give them another try, though. Also, it may be just me...but the price point is a little high."

"I am a big fan of Tom Kha soup especially with seafood proteins. They made exceptionally good Tom Kha. Fried Kalamari was good but it was kind of overpriced (my opinion), Pad Kee Maow was so delicious.Overall food taste was 8.5 10 which I believe is really really good rating. Service was also standard, atmosphere was calm. Definitely deserves a revisit.Vegetarian options: They have veggies ? seafood non-veg options.Kid-friendliness: They have big sitting arrangements for adults, kids and all sort of customers.Parking: We got parking just close to the entrance and there were plenty of parking."

"I have a love for cheep Asian cuisine that is dissatisfied! Louie is a good example. You have good food and decent prices. The atmosphere is beautiful and it is clean. Must be tried: egg drop soup, cashew chicken, Mongolian beef and the orange chicken. I suggest getting the lunch specialties as they are about $9 and are a good portion."

"I don't think I've ever posted for a restaurant before but felt compelled to do so for Osaka. We've been going to Osaka on a weekly basis for the last several years. They always do a great job. The sushi is excellent they have what I think is the highest quality salmon in the city (and I've tried nearly every other sushi spot in H town). Our regular server, Bao, is the nicest person ever. She welcomes us every week and remembers our family, our eating preferences and always has a smile on her face. We need more of these amazing little neighborhood gems in the Bellaire/WestU area and should patronize the ones that consistently do a good job. They've recent started an all day happy hour menu to offer lower prices without affecting quality. I highly encourage anyone who likes great sushi and wants to support smaller businesses to dine here. Also, I saw some of the other reviews (which weren't as sterling) and while I can't speak to the experiences of others I find some of them incredibly hard to believe. I've been to this restaurant over a hundred times (just had them cater a party they did an amazing job) and never seen any of the negative things that others have claimed). Trust someone who goes all the time and give it a try. You'll be happy you did!"
