"None of my notes for this reservation (which I made a few weeks prior to the date) were taking into consideration. I even pointed out to those the first thing we arrived but still, none of them was implemented. And that was my wife's birthday which went (and felt) like a regular eat out. I did not want to emphasise it more, just to avoid completely ruining the spirit (that we still had). Quite disappointed."
