"This is great place to go for views of the city, however, don 't go on a rainy day. It was rainy and foggy when we went so that put a damper on our view. It was my sister 's birthday and I wanted to take her someplace special. Like with white tablecloths, etc. It wasn 't that fancy (felt more like a cafeteria). But it was a nice lunch nevertheless and our waitress was wonderful. Wish I remembered her name. The food was very good. We had the broccolini and risotto with shrimp. The carrot cake we had for dessert was outstanding."
