"I used to come here when I was little. I am here visiting from Texas now as an adult. I had been craving straw hat not only because of the pizza being amazing but because of the memories I had here. I am pretty put off and disappointed of how my bf who I bragged about this place to was talked to by aaron when he asked for water not being familiar with this place and when I asked for another ranch from Aaron our person who delivered our pizza to our table and his mannerisms asking for the napkin box and the passive aggressiveness he conducted himself with was not only bad taste but definitely not the behavior of someone that should be in service industry. I have years of serving and bartending behind me and my bad days or emotions were required to be left at the door of the business I represented. Apparently that's vastly different of an expectation here. The pizza was amazing we had the cali chicken bacon ranch pizza I will not be back. Memories or not. Kid-friendliness: Games for kiddos to play and kid friendly atmosphere but also adult friendly as they serve alcoholic beverages"

"I was in straw hat pizza server times and service was great. Except if the type that claims to be the owner takes my order, the service was not satisfactory. After my order, he either forgets what I ordered, my hothat burns, and/or I also notice that he goes straight to dinner without washing his hands.... which is very unusual! I don't order if he does the food. Otherwise I'd be a 5 star."

"Ordered my pizza via UberEats for pick up. Arrived 10 minutes late to the pick up time and the pizza was still not done. Aside from pickup inconvenience, the cheese and pepperoni on my pizza were great. Surprisingly good quality for a local pizza place. The dough was that of a low cost frozen pizza. Didn?t taste like dough, but more like bread. If you fix the dough, you got a great pizza."
