"Last Friday I wanted to pick up an order and was shocked how busy it was. I'm new in town and I haven't seen anything like that. From the crowd of people eating and picking it was packed. I waited approx. 15 minutes to my order, but the Lord in the register was very polite and explained that they were short staff and he appreciated me and my business while waiting. We just wanted to thank you for the pleasant experience and hospitality, especially if you? I know it can be hard. The food was worth waiting! you have a great staff and rock what you do. We'll be back next Friday."

"Louis and Jeff are excellent employees earn an increase!!!! I came for 2 slices with 2 slices, a cake, a drink, a pizza roll (which was amazing!! and garlic knot “roll”. This place is really good for their prices. You will even treat you like family was my first time here and absolutely excellent work from these 2 guys took care of me and stayed to chat fir a little. "I’ve always had positive experiences at this Protein Bar location. They customize my favorite smoothie/shake just how I like it, and their customer service is excellent. Today, while I was putting a straw into my drink, I accidentally knocked the lid off and spilled it on the counter. The employees Daliya and Dee were incredibly kind; they quickly cleaned up the mess and made me a new drink without me even having to ask. I was really impressed by their friendly and accommodating attitude. I truly appreciated their willingness to go the extra mile in their service!"

"Yesterday I went here with my dad. We have the Gaucho Cubano Burger, the Porketta Sandwich, Chimichurri fries and two special-limonades. BY FAR one of the best burgers I've ever had. I would also recommend 10/10 Chimichurri Fries. I could have eaten Thos all day, as the Chimichurri sauce is quite amazing. I have the chance to talk to the owner, he was such a nice and welcoming person. His food speaks for itself, but there is such a great experience and there is something there for everyone."

"My girlfriend and i had dinner here before going to a Sabres games and what a mistake that was. It took a half hour just to get drinks which were ordered and delivered by the host with no server in sight. When we met the server, she was pretty clueless. Didn't know anything about the beers, dinner specials or even remotely attentive. Had to track her down just to get the bill because we had not seen her in over a half hour. The food was good but I would never recommend this place."

"We had a reservation, and showed up on time. 3 people. Got seated right away but then waited over 25 minutes at the table with no service. In that time, a middle-aged lady (not our waitress came by to offer us a wine tasting which was dry and tasty, but we had no water on the table and were all super thirsty. The wine taster lady made a snarky remark about our waitress (in front of us.. weird? , who was obviously overwhelmed and was the ONLY server in sight in the whole restaurant. The lady then walked to the bar (about 5-6 feet from us where we listened to her chat with another employee (or owner? , ignoring us. Our waitress came by and apologized multiple times, both women at the bar watched her drowning. We stood up and left the restaurant in front of the two women at the bar and they didn't care. On the way out, our waitress THANKED US for leaving. I felt sorry for her. This is our 4th time there, and the service has only gone down hill. For $15-30 a plate, I expect more. We won't be returning."
