"The food was okay but the female waitress was kind of rude. I accidentally ordered a omelette that had bacon in it. And I kindly stated “I was unaware this had bacon in, I can’t have pork”. She stated “so you didn’t read the menu. It clearly says that it’s bacon in here.” I made a honest mistake, and she made me feel horrible about it. On a positive note, she did take it back and bring me another one without bacon, and told me happy birthday since today was my birthday. The rest of the staff was very nice and made me feel welcomed."

"I'm crying while I write this. BLD will be closing on Jan. You will be missed! The food as usual was a amazing. I had the warm olives and Mac n cheese to start, along with a dirty martinI. I had the pork chop for my main and my friend had the salmon. Both were superbly prepared. For dessert, I sweet talked them into making us some 'Adult Milkshakes ' for old times sake, and they were happy to oblige. I don't know why they are closing the restaurant business is tough, but I wish they weren't. I will be there on the for the 'Brunchathon'...you should too! Thank you BLD for getting it right. "I got 5 Heavenly Pancakes (5 Stack with bacon the bacon was really good. The panckakes would apos;ve been good if i had enough syrup . They gave me 2 small containers of syrup. My pancakes were super dry so I ate like 2 that had syrup the rest couldn apos;t eat."
