"5 stars for their Wednesday two-for-one sundae deal, 4 stars for the ice cream itself. I adore Carvel cakes, and their sundae (got the vanilla-chocolate soft serve with rainbow sprinkles and hot fudge) was delicious, but I felt kind of nauseous by the end of the sundae. I'm good for a while but really glad I came."

"Nasty lady... Went in many times to order pistachio soft serve and she refuses and makes believe that she doesn't understand you when you tell her that the ice cream is too soft and to let it run a little bit before putting it into the cone. The man who runs the store and I believe who is the owner is very curt and not very obliging at all. I went in to buy a $47 ice cream cake from my wife's 60th birthday and he told me he didn't have time to put flowers on it. For a business that achieves high margins it's hard to believe that he didn't have time to put flowers on a $47 sale. What a j * TOM CARVEL IS TURNING IN HIS GRAVE!"

"The staff is young, but great!! Did not have this illusive sandy texture from their hard serve ice, but had their soft servings a bit too soft, sometimes but still, large ice as a whole. Only space for pistachios and mint chip ice. Totally reminds me of my summer as a child when a huge ice cone from the carvel for a dollar was a big treat and something to be happy."

"I used to enjoy this restaurant, but I have been disappointed with their black and white dessert on two separate occasions. Both times, the dessert was poorly made with an excessive amount of milk and hardly any chocolate sauce. To make matters worse, the first time they used chocolate ice cream in the dessert, which is not typical for a black and white dessert."

"I have eaten in this carvel ice cream shop since I can remember it opened before I was born over 60 years ago. from the time they reach in this amazing place to foot, the aroma of several aromen of ice they immediately, they need to narrow it down that they want because they are all delicious. my favorite of all the time is the fudgie of the wale eiskuchen. a few days ago I have one more of them, with my daughter together with me, and she agrees that the carvel eis is the best ice on the planet, bar none. If she has the best ice experience to offer west palm beach, this is where they want to go, not disturb with any other place, they will be disappointed, carvel rocks it best!"

"I brought my grandson to the restaurant for ice cream, and all he asked for was a vanilla sundae with one cherry and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. However, the woman working at the counter decided to give him an excessive amount of cherries with sauce, which was not what we had requested. As a result, my grandson ended up wearing the ice cream instead of eating it, and he was quite upset about being sticky as it is not his favorite feeling."

"The Dark green icing cream colour of the cake was so strong that all ten guests and ourselves had Dark green lips; mouth ; fingers and nails. It was so bad that , Inspite of washing with soap , it didn’t go away. Bummer -Everyone had dark green stools for continuously 3 days some guests faced upset stomach including me . After informing Ms.May, all I got was an unapologetic sorry.Definitely never ordering from here again. Not recommended!!!!"
