"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I made an online order from their website I was quoted $21 for a pickup order. I placed my order and after about 20 minutes I called to confirm my order was received and was told that they don 't check the website anymore because it gave them too much trouble. She said she could take my order over the phone and said to give them 15 minutes. After I arrived I was told the total was now $31. A whole 10$ more than the website said. So I paid the bill for it and as I was leaving the lady stopped me and said I need you to do this first and pointed at the tip portion. So I turned around and gave her a tip. As I brought my meal to work with me I noticed they gave me no FORK OR NAPKINS. So I had to leave work and drive home to get a fork and then go back to work to eat my meal. The icing on top of this terrible cake was after all of this them stopping me to ask for a tip on a takeout order that they didnt even give me utensils or napkins for. I won 't be a repeat customer after this. Take your business elsewhere."

"The peach mango tea I received was excellent. It worked well to balance out the spicy phò. I believe mine was number 46 or 48 on the menu. Initially I wanted to try the Vietnamese stew, but was informed that it had been taken off the menu after feedback received from their customers was not ideal. A real shame given that is the one item on their menu that I was excited to try. That said, the dish I received was recommended by our waiter and it was good. "This is my second time ordering the beef rib pho. I have had a similar dish from Grayson's and it was delicious. However, this time the beef rib in my pho was inedible. The meat was tough and there was very little of it on the bone. It seemed like it had been cooked a day or so before and reheated. It was a disappointment and I was shocked that they even served it in this condition."
